- Contains false claims about products (health claims, certifications, origin)
- Violates any platform's terms of service (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
- Promotes illegal products or services
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SellerGlow to:
- Circumvent platform terms of service or policies
- Create misleading product listings
- Engage in keyword stuffing or SEO manipulation that violates platform guidelines
- Automate actions without user review and approval
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
Important: All AI-generated suggestions must be reviewed by you before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
4. Platform Compliance
When using SellerGlow with connected platforms, you must:
- Comply with each platform's terms of service, seller policies, and guidelines
- Not use the Service to circumvent platform restrictions or policies
- Ensure your listings meet all platform-specific requirements
- Review AI suggestions for platform compliance before publishing
5. Your Responsibilities
- Review All Content: You must review AI-generated suggestions before publishing
- Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings
- Legal Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Platform Rules: You must follow each marketplace's policies
6. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and request to correct the violation
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Legal action if required
