By accessing or using SellerGlow ("Service"), operated by SellerGlow ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
2. Description of Service
SellerGlow is an AI-powered product listing optimization platform for e-commerce sellers. The Service includes:
- AI-Powered Optimization: AI-generated suggestions for product titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata
- Multi-Channel Support: Platform-specific variants for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, eBay, Faire, and Pinterest
- Bulk Operations: Optimize multiple products simultaneously
- Preview & Approve: Review all AI suggestions before publishing
- Rollback: Undo changes at any time
- Export Kits: Download platform-ready CSV files
Important: All AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You review and approve all changes before anything is published to your stores. You maintain full control and ownership of your content.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must create an account to use the Service
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
3.2 Account Security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer multiple subscription tiers: Free, Starter ($12/month), Pro ($32/month), and Business ($89/month). Each tier includes different credit allocations and features.
- Credits are consumed when you use certain features
- Credits reset monthly based on your subscription tier
- Free features (compliance scanning, image optimization, preview, rollback) do not consume credits
5. Your Content and Responsibilities
5.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your product listings, images, and other content you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5.2 AI-Generated Suggestions
SellerGlow provides AI-generated suggestions to help improve your listings. These are suggestions only:
- You review all suggestions before they are applied
- You approve or reject each suggestion
- You can edit any suggestion before applying
- You can rollback any applied changes
- Nothing is published without your explicit approval
5.3 Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
- You must comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
- You must ensure AI-generated suggestions are appropriate before publishing
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes
6. Platform Integrations
SellerGlow integrates with third-party platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.) via their official APIs. By connecting your accounts:
- You authorize us to access your product data on those platforms
- You agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
- We store access tokens securely and use them only for actions you authorize
- You can disconnect any platform at any time
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to circumvent any platform's terms of service
- Share your account credentials with others
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will improve your sales or rankings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
